Reviews managed care contracting analysis, directs the Experian Underpayments Team, and provides support to the PO Decision Support Team. Supports the PO’s ACO efforts to measure the cost effectiveness and quality of patient care.
The Senior Director, Pricing Analytics for the Physicians’ Organization will be responsible for:
Leading development and implementation of Physicians' Organization pricing strategy, including market analysis, cost data analysis, and margin optimization.
Reviewing and refining analytical framework for evaluating performance of PO Physicians' contracts with commercial health plans.
Leading strategic planning and analysis for government programs to increase program revenues and support patient care.
Evaluating governmental regulations and developing data on physician activities to support appropriate payment strategies.
Managing analytic support and collaborating with CHICO leadership on patient care utilization and cost analysis.
Collaborating with peer leadership to enhance revenue cycle performance and address challenges.
Overseeing Experian team and tool for accounts receivable evaluation and contract management.
Establishing and nurturing relationships with third-party payers, ensuring compliance with contracts and timely resolution of variances.
To qualify, you must have:.
7-10 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
The ability to:
Play a leadership role in the development and implementation of pricing and analytic strategies.
Effectively manage the employees within the assigned unit/department and to persuade and negotiate with peer-level directors on issues and programs.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy.
Work with diverse internal and external constituencies.
Effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediating fair and workable solutions.
The analytical skills necessary to plan for, design, or enhance hospital-wide systems and programs.
A comprehensive awareness of the technology and literature in a professional, technical, or scientific field, to resolve problems and develop financial and operating plans for a large department.
