75049BRJob Posting Title:Senior Director, Organizational DevelopmentDepartment:Human ResourcesAutoReqId:75049BRStatus:Full-TimeStandard Hours per Week:40 Job Posting Category:Human ResourcesJob Posting Description:As part of our growing Talent Management team, the Sr. Director of Organizational Development will work collaboratively with the VP, HRBP team, and other stakeholders to build an enterprise-wide employee experience, leading programs and projects in the following key areas: employee engagement, employee recognition, culture initiatives, leadership and team development, executive development, talent review, succession planning, equity/diversity/inclusion, and organizational effectiveness
The Sr. Director, Organizational Development shall be responsible for:
Employee experience and engagement
Collaborate with key stakeholders to create the employee experience philosophy and strategy
Oversee employee engagement as a strategic priority
Create alignment on key engagement/culture initiatives while gaining support across the organization and at the executive level
Operationalize the engagement strategy: manage the survey vendor and process, provide support on how to interpret data, and bring in data points and analytics outside of employee engagement
Support the organization in driving improvement: develop improvement plans/processes to address organization/system-wide priorities
Provide support to leaders and HRBPs for developing meaningful improvement plans at the team and leader level
Use integrated analytics to bridge data across patient experience, workforce experience, clinical and safety outcomes
Leadership and talent management
Serve as a senior advisor to leaders/HRBP directors in identifying organizational issues and developing scalable talent management solutions
Develop talent frameworks to support leadership and HIPO development
In partnership with HRBP team, lead the talent review and succession planning strategy and implementation
Create a leadership development assessment strategy for high-potential talent, successors, and key contributors
Partner in building our 360 feedback and executive coaching programs
Create an organizational development/leadership development metrics dashboard and report on business impact
Consulting
Consult at the EVP and SVP levels to build executive development strategies, experiences, programs and portfolios connected to business strategy
Create process and standards for a comprehensive, collaborative approach to team development
Assess, design, develop, deliver highly effective and customized leadership team engagements and measure results
Elevate and scale consulting capabilities with HRBP team: strategic, enterprise mindset, change management, and performance consulting disciplines
Partner with HRBP team and Director, Leadership & Talent Development to conduct strategic talent planning initiatives at the local level
Deliver quality and outcome-based executive coaching engagements to senior leaders
To qualify, you must have:
Deep expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, facilitation, and team performance
Expert knowledge in complex team dynamics and able to deliver customized team development engagements
Experience with executive (EVP, SVP), senior-level development
Certification in one or more 5-factor psychometric (ex. Hogan) assessments, and at least one team methodology (ex. Lencioni)
Expertise with 360 feedback programs, HIPO development, succession planning, and talent review process
Proficiency with competency models
Ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage conflicting views or issues
Analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems.
Ability to conduct highly effective meetings
Ability to think on paper; prepare, write, and edit proposals, briefing slides and assessment reports
15 years of related experience, including at least 5 years of experience managing staff
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s preferred in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or closely related field
