KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Development Learning Path Analyst to join our Learning & Development organization.
Working with varied Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) stakeholders and internal project team members to help create and maintain a learning catalogue/database for assigned portfolio of topics; The learning path manager will join a dynamic environment with ability to influence updates to processes, collaborate with senior team members and manage relationships with internal and external to L&TD team members
Lead curriculum librarian activities: maintaining complete and accurate documentation for catalogue of assigned curriculum topics (i.e., always know what exists; what needs to be added; what needs to come out of the curriculum catalogue and related curriculum plans and learning paths based on work with various stakeholders); manage reporting response activities for annual and ad hoc requests for information; proactively analyze learning paths and related curricula to identify synergies and duplication, and performing data mining and analysis as needed
Guide environmental scanning (internal and external) activities for catalogue of assigned curriculum topics to provide various stakeholders with recommendations and alternative solution options (i.e., help stakeholders understand what options exist for new learning needs or to improve existing solutions)
Manage the overall process of tagging and maintaining learning content within the learning management platform for assigned portfolio of topics and collaborate with functions and technology groups to evolve and maintain the taxonomy and cataloging framework for learning content management
Assist L&D stakeholders on the curation of content for assigned portfolio of topics to support competency-based learning path development and maintenance
Support relationship management with current and new external learning content providers/vendors
A minimum of three years of recent corporate experience managing multiple analysis and documentation-oriented projects while effectively supporting team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders and sponsors and/or experience creating taxonomies and/or organizing, managing, and tagging digital content
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; digital librarian degree/certification (MLS) a plus
Proven experience performing independent proactive research and analysis to solve problems or find solutions for opportunities related to assigned role and responsibilities
Demonstrated project and process management as well as written and presentation skills; vendor management skills, ideally with third-party content providers, a plus
Experience with content administration and learning management systems such as Saba and Cornerstone; prior experience with advanced search/curation platform capabilities including machine learning and recommendation engines; an understanding of accounting/auditing technical topics, knowledge, and skills and/or current trends in learning design and/or learning technology a plus
