What do you get to do in this position?

  • Plan, facilitate, run the scrum routines (daily scrum, spring planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings)
  • Guiding the team on correct usage of agile / scrum practices to ensure project success
  • Coach the team on agile practices.
  • Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track and remove impediments
  • Support the product owner in creating and maintain the product backlog.

Track and report the scrum metrics (team velocity, backlog status)

This job might be for you if:

  • 8+ years of proven work experience in software development / testing / software project management. Minimum 3 years of experience as as scrum master.

  • Scrum master certification is a plus

  • Bachelors Engineering degree in Computer Science or relevant field

  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies / frameworks – Scrum, Kanban.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Good knowledge of software development process.

  • Attention to detail, team-player mindset, positive attitude are key to thrive in this role
