In SAP data and analytics at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyse client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilisation of SAP data and analytics tools. Working in this area, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualisations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimise their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As part of the SAP Data and Analytics team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful SAP Master Data Governance solutions. As a Director you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining influential executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Leading SAP teams at a functional level

  • Possessing thought leader level knowledge in SAP Master Data domain areas

  • Demonstrating proven abilities with blueprint/design and realization phases

  • Possessing knowledge and experience with MDG configuration

  • Utilizing understanding of data/process modeling, UI design, derivations, duplicate data checks, rule-based workflows (BRF Plus), FPM, and Webdynpro ABAP

  • Applying advanced knowledge of SAP Business Workflow, BAdi, ABAP Object-Oriented Programming, and integration technologies

  • Demonstrating understanding of the replication framework with SOA, ALE/IDOC, key & mapping, DIF, MDG export & import master data, and conversion of master data

  • Leading the setup of data quality processes, KPI reporting, duplicate checks, and other required validations

  • Identifying mapping requirements for data distribution and interface development to downstream systems

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
