Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join their dynamic team. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet complex business needs. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and development teams, to ensure that our Salesforce implementations are aligned with both technical and business requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce technologies and influence enterprise-level architecture strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, including integration with third-party systems and platform customizations.

  • Provide high-level and detailed architectural solutions to address complex business challenges.

  • Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Advise on Salesforce best practices to optimize business processes and drive value.

  • Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

  • Oversee the development of high-quality, scalable solutions and implementation strategies.

  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and releases.

  • Leverage new capabilities to enhance solutions and integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to maximize functionality.

  • Ensure that Salesforce applications are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.

  • Address platform performance issues and optimize data storage and processing.

  • Create clear technical documentation and maintain records of customizations and integrations.

  • Implement testing and quality assurance strategies to ensure deliverables meet standards and oversee code reviews.

  • Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Effectively communicate risks, dependencies, and project progress to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning components.

  • Strong experience in solution architecture, including integration with third-party systems and platforms.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and security models.

  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.

  • Salesforce Certifications (i.e., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, etc.) is strongly preferred.
