Renaissance Sales Development Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Position Overview:

Renaissance is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to join the Development Team in a leadership capacity. This role would report directly to the Senior Sales Development Representative Manager. In the SDR Manager role, you will lead a team of 10-12 SDRs focused on top of funnel outreach. 

Our Ideal Candidate will:

  • Recruit, hire and train team members to generate pipeline for specific territories

  • Consistently motivate team of SDRs to remain positive throughout the year

  • Collaborate with other leaders on the team to create best practices

  • Evolve processes to allow for maximum potential to be reached

  • Drive activity from SDRs, including calls, emails, and social media outreach

  • Be responsible for driving the group to meet and exceed SAL/SQL quotas, including quality of opportunities

  • Partner with other departments to support team in a stronger way

  • Have a passion for talent development 

  • Foster a sales culture that recognizes and encourages top performance

  • 2+ years of sales/related experience

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Intermediate level or higher proficiency in Excel

  • Experience with UKG preferred

  • Must be highly professional and able to work with confidential information

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

Salary Range: $60,000-75,000k

  • This does not include variable compensation.

  • This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
