Insight Global Right of Way Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Right of Way Project Manager to support their team out of Boston, MA. This is a growing market and team, and they are looking for an individual with strong experience as a Right of Way Project Manager with an understanding of Massachusetts real estate law and eminent domain. Day to day this individual will be responsible for managing projects, identifying project and routing challenges, and working with utility companies to verify the have the proper rights to complete projects. Additionally, they will be assisting in requiring easements on behalf of their clients, negotiating agreements, easements and tenant's consent, serving as expert witnesses for land-related court cases, obtaining permission from landowners for land surveys and studies and analyzing project proposals to determine which property owners are affected.

The compensation for this role ranges between 70/HR and 82/HR depending on education, skillset and experience

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors degree in related field (can be flexible here)

- 5-7 years of relevant Right of Way experience working with utilities companies

- At least 2 years of project management experience

- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills

- Understanding of MA real estate laws and eminent domain process and procedures.

- Strong Outlook and Excel experience null
