Patrol buildings and grounds, identify unsafe conditions and improperly secured areas/property to help prevent theft, injuries or damages. Provide a high level of customer service by interacting with residents and staff in a professional manner that is proactive, friendly and helpful Projects a positive image in dress and decorum Maintains regular, consistent attendance record Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders Interacts with residents, guests and employees in a professional manner Investigates and/or reports hazards, unusual or suspicious circumstances to supervisors for correction or follow-up actions. Checks doors of buildings to ensure they are tightly closed and locked; notes in written log any unlocked doors; submits information to supervisor. Observes activity and traffic in assigned area to enforce rules/regulations; alerts visitors of infractions. Assists any persons in building or on grounds needing directions or information. Responds to alarms and dispatched calls; decides what actions to take based on situation, facts known and position limitations.
