Boston University RESEARCH TECHNICIAN, School of Medicine, Biochemistry in BOSTON, Massachusetts
Research technician will investigate the molecular mechanisms regulating Hippo pathway signaling using molecular biology, cell biology, and biochemical procedures. Such research will include: mammalian cell culture, transfection and gene transfer in cultured cells, DNA and RNA preparation, microscopy analysis, protein isolation and analysis, and work with mouse models, including isolation of cells from animals.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree required.
