The position is a part-time (25% effort) Research Program Manager for a single-PI group. The candidate will provide virtual supervision over research assistants. The position entails coordinating lab activities across numerous projects by effectively distributing lab tasks among research assistants, tracking progress of active studies, and assists in creating and maintaining budgets across projects. The candidate will train new research assistants and provide general mentorship to all research assistants. Oversee lab activities including but not limited to delegating tasks to assist with federal and private grant submissions, supervising tasks related to preparing documents and submissions for funding agencies and overseeing regulatory bodies, overseeing preparatory tasks to ensure funded grants and projects start in a timely manner, oversee and delegate tasks related to the regular administration of funded grants and projects, and ensure the successful competition of lab activities. The nature of the work includes supervisory responsibilities, though there are no direct reports. The position requires experience in psychological research and involves overseeing research projects of a moderate scope and/or complexity.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of work-related experience. The candidate should have experience supervising and mentoring others and working in teams.
