As a Renewal Specialist you are responsible for ensuring renewal of a portfolio of contracts in an assigned territory based on long term partnerships with our customers. This includes contract and subscription renewals for maintenance, on-premises, SaaS and cloud solutions.

It's your role, here's the part you can play:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and PLM to develop renewal strategies that proactively engage the customer and minimize churn

  • Prepare renewal letters, quotes, invoices, and notifications

  • Contact customers directly to close renewal and reinstate deals

  • Present our value proposition and escalate issues with Account Managers or Customer Service

  • Maintain customer data in Salesforce

  • Meet targeted goals for our renewals business and create accurate forecasts for your territory

  • Follow best practices for all internal processes, including opportunity management, data quality and accuracy, CRM hygiene, quotations, and forecasting

  • Support the implementation and operation of digital sales processes and tools

Be part of our team, here's what's needed:

  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, IT) with a strong commercial background.

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in quota-bearing (renewal) sales or in the B2B SaaS industry is a must.

  • Very good commercial knowledge, especially in the areas of quotation preparation, calculation, contract law (e.g. general terms and conditions and license agreements).

  • Advanced user skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), SAP and Salesforce.com

  • Excellent English and Spanish (must) language skills

  • Good communication skills as well as intercultural competence

  • Data-driven, strong analytical skills and a structured way of working

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and know how to prioritize assigned tasks
