KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Regional Marketing to join our Growth & Strategy organization.
Managing the regional social media program, including content writing and graphic design
Maintaining the regional microsite, including expanding the microsite to incorporate special purpose landing pages
Providing copywriting and graphic design assistance for email campaigns, paid digital campaigns, and event registration microsites
Becoming an expert user within our CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce, Aprimo) to help with defining, creating, and executing regional external-facing marketing campaigns
Supporting the promotion and execution of the region's annual live and virtual events program
Working with the regional marketing leader on regional content production efforts and other special projects as assigned
Minimum three years of hands-on experience in a marketing role with a particular emphasis on digital and creative; experience with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce)
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Communications or a similar field of study
Substantive graphic design and copywriting skills using tools including the Adobe suite and others (writing samples and marketing campaign graphic examples will be requested)
Experience ideating and executing live and virtual events either as the primary or secondary responsible party
Proclivity for collaborative cross-team/cross-function work execution, diplomacy in communication to manage expectations and the ability to professionally influence or lead a program with multiple stakeholder priorities start-to-finish
Natural attention to detail and ability to adapt/pivot as necessary without letting the finer points of a particular effort go unattended
