The Role

The Regional Community Consultant (RCC) is responsible for creating a positive, professional, and engaging brand experience for all customers. The RCC is responsible for taking ownership of finding and leasing apartment homes for prospective residents by sharing knowledge about each community, brand, and neighborhood to which the RCC is assigned. The RCC will listen to customer needs and be attentive to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the achievement of community, portfolio, and organizational goals.

The Regional Community Consultant is a shared regional resource that will support multiple communities (approximately 5) within a geographical area. The RCC will focus primarily on sales, customer service and administrative tasks at the various communities they support, however may be asked to perform other duties as assigned. The Regional Community Consultant will report directly to an assigned Regional Sales Manager, and is also expected to work with several Community Managers at the various communities that the RCC supports. The Regional Community Consultant role will primarily support communities that need additional coverage due to vacations, leave of absences or sick leave. However, based on the needs of the business the Regional Community Consultant is expected to be flexible to travel to any of the communities in the geographical area they are assigned to. The RCC’s Senior Community Manager will provide guidance on where the RCC is to report on a weekly and sometimes daily basis. The Regional Community Consultant will familiarize themselves with each property they support, to ensure excellent customer service is provided to all residents and prospective residents.
