CHARLESGATE Real Estate Brokerage Marketing Manager & Agent Success Partner in Boston, Massachusetts

CHARLESGATE is looking for an experienced Brokerage Marketing & Agent Success Manager to join our team and help us build an inspiring and empowering culture for shared success. This person will report to and partner with our Brokerage Sales Manager to build a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to increase brand awareness, recruit best-in-class talent, and enable our team of agents to reach their full potential.

In this role, you’ll help not only our current agents develop their marketing strategy and grow their businesses, but you’ll also help us write the marketing & agent success playbook to grow our brokerage significantly over the next few years.

 

Core Accountabilities of the Role

  • Brokerage Marketing Strategy: Owns the creation and implementation of brokerage growth marketing strategy and agent recruitment

  • Agent Success Strategy: Owns the creation and implementation of a holistic agent success & marketing plan designed to increase agent productivity

  • Agent Marketing Toolkit Creation: Develop company marketing tools, services, and programming that empower agent growth and successful delivery of client services & results

  • Company Lead Management: Manage company buyer/seller lead program

  • Social Media Marketing Strategy and Execution: Create and execute brokerage content and social media strategy

  • Brand Awareness: Serves as a partner to the Brokerage Sales Manager to identify growth opportunities and enact strategies to drive more brand awareness for the firm

     

    Key Responsibilities of the Role 

  • Build a scalable marketing strategy designed to attract new agents to the brokerage and increase CHARLESGATE brand awareness.

  • Build a scalable marketing strategy to help increase CHARLESGATE agent's success, their own personal brands, and create a more holistic marketing program for regular agent training.

  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, own reporting metrics, and iterate to improve performance

  • Execute a full suite of listing marketing services for agents including creating websites, property flyers, and social media posts and ads

  • Write & ghostwrite monthly sphere list newsletter for agents

  • Manage agent video marketing services including agent branding videos, listing property videos. 

  • Write video scripts designed to showcase individual properties and build agent brands.

  • Oversee and manage all agent onboarding initiatives related to marketing including headshot scheduling, bio generation, sphere list transfer, and adding new agents to our website.

  • Manage our in-house graphic design software, the CHARLESGATE Design Studio. Responsibilities include onboarding new users, training agents on utilizing the templates, identifying opportunities for new templates, and ensuring usage across the brokerage department.

  • Host monthly trainings with agents on marketing best practices

  • Host individual one-on-one trainings sessions with agents to dive deep on specific marketing topics and brand building techniques

  • Manage yearly event calendar in collaboration with the Brokerage Sales Manager

  • Handle marketing promotion, vendor coordination, budgeting, and invoicing for all brokerage team events

     

    Technical Qualifications for the Role 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years in the real estate industry

  • Experienced, native social creator on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, etc

  • Experience with HubSpot preferred

  • Experience with paid ad platforms including Google and Meta a plus

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and campaigns
