Job Title: Part-Time Quality Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a strong understanding in conducting gene therapy audits. The role involves records management responsibility and proficiency with Electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS). You will initiate and manage quality system document approvals in ZenQMS or DocuSign, and actively monitor and manage training, quality event, and change controls records. This position supports timely completion of workflow activities by functional and quality assurance personnel. Additionally, you will work with QA program leads, auditors, and auditees to arrange and plan audits, manage audit deliverables and timelines, periodically report progress to the program lead, and file documents and records in the eQMS.

Hard Skills

  • Experience conducting gene therapy audits

  • Proficiency with eQMS

  • Processing documents

  • Experience with Trackwise

Job Type

This is a part-time contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote part-time position. Must be available in the mornings during the week.

Work Environment

100% remote. Expected to commit 20 hours per week, primarily Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
