Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician. The successful candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards by inspecting incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Evaluate in-process assemblies and finished products for compliance with specifications.

  • Interpret mechanical drawings and schematics to validate product quality.

  • Troubleshoot any issues related to product quality and report findings.

  • Collaborate with team members to cross-train across various business functions.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of quality experience in aerospace, electronics, semiconductor, or electro-mechanical assembly.

  • Production, quality control, and quality assurance expertise.

  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Effective troubleshooting capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and capable of working within a smaller team.

  • Experience working with epoxies.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean room environment alongside a small, dedicated team of 2-3 people, with plans to expand to 5. The work schedule is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00
