Robert Half Property Administrative Assistant in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are in search of a Property Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Boston, Massachusetts. The selected individual will play a vital role in the Real Estate & Property industry, dealing with various administrative tasks. This role presents a short-term contract employment opportunity, focusing on maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Familiarize oneself with the Hud section 8 regulation to assist in recertifying residents' income

• Schedule and set up appointments for residents

• Review income reports and request necessary documentation

• Send out verification of information to the relevant parties

• Utilize Real page Onesite software effectively for various tasks

• Handle confidential information professionally, dealing with residents and all facets of that

• Encourage residents to come in for appointments and meetings

• Show excellent organizational skills in managing high volume paperwork

• File and track paperwork both physically and electronically. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

• Understanding of property management principles and regulations

• Familiarity with construction processes and procedures

• Excellent customer service skills for interacting with tenants, contractors, and team members

• Ability to manage conference rooms, including scheduling and preparation

• Strong documentation skills for maintaining property and tenant records

• Experience with About Time management software

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in work

• Knowledge of real estate industry standards and property law

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

• Problem-solving skills to address property-related issues and tenant concerns.
