Railroad Construction Company is seeking a motivated and highly organized team player to provide administrative support to the project management team.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Set up and maintain files
Data entry
Construction document control
Process submittals & RFls
Track and maintain timesheets
Distribute correspondence and record meeting minutes
Maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking miscellaneous items
Prepare & process purchase orders
Distribute and approve material invoices and review subcontractor invoices
Generate subcontractor payment requisitions
Support the team’s general project needs
Must have some experience in construction administration, strong computer & phone skills, as well as experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience in Vista and E-Builder preferred.
