Boston University PROJECT COORDINATOR, DEANS OFFICE, School of Public Health, Administration & Finance in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Boston University School of Public Health (SPH) seeks a Project Coordinator in the Dean's Office to work alongside a world-class team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and implementing projects to fulfill strategy and operations for the Deans Office. SPH is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven candidate. Confidentiality, discretion, and maturity are required. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting operations in the Dean's Office, particularly Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice activities, working directly with the Dean, the Chief of Staff, and the Associate Dean of DEIJ on the implementation of innovative projects that aim to promote the school's mission. Responsibilities include data management, administrative support, and other projects assigned. Candidates for the position should have excellent data management, synthesis, and reporting skills, as well as possess superior organizational skills, excelling in attention to detail, time management, written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent in Excel

  • Ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced, multi-faceted, changing environment
