Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description

Issuing design sketches, communicating with CM/GCs daily, mentoring junior team members, and providing technical advice on projects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet project and client needs. Participation in and representation in OAC meetings. Thorough knowledge of State & Local building codes and referenced standards. Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Environment

This is a hybrid model. Will be onsite Tuesday and Wednesday weekly, but can be flexible and go in for monthly meetings.
