Jacobs Project Admin - Specifications in Boston, Massachusetts

We are looking for an eager and curious Project Admin - Specifications in Philadelphia to support our Cities and Places team.

As a key member of team supporting the execution of specifications and project reports, you’ll be coordinating, formatting and publishing deliverables including Concept and Basis of Design Reports and primarily Project Specifications. Specifications are based on Masterspec software and client templates. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to support deliverables through all phases of construction documents, draft, quality review and final publication for multiple projects.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• BA or BS desirable; High School diploma is required as a minimum

• Proficient in MS Office Tools and Excel, PDF software editing and printing (Bluebeam, Adobe, PDF exchange), Google Docs

• Experience working on various projects in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment

• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with Document Management solutions using Prolog, SharePoint and ProjectWise or similar systems

• Requires excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of. internal management and staff

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

o Familiarity with engineering, architectural, and construction documents experience is preferred

o Strong communication skills and understanding of technical terminology

o Perform other duties as required
