As a Program Manager on Amazon Business Services’ Selection and Inputs team, you'll be responsible for a critical component of our bid response and ongoing customer management process. You will enable us to respond quickly and effectively to multi-million dollar deals that include requests for services (e.g., Manual Replenishment, Vending, Installation). You will coordinate with other teams across Amazon Business and the broader Amazon Worldwide Stores organization to build product basket solutions and build change management identification and implementation mechanisms. This role requires advanced knowledge of Excel, comfort working with large datasets, and the ability to rapidly adjust priorities in an ambiguous, high-growth environment.

This high visibility role will require regular communication with business leaders, collaboration with tech and non-tech teams, and influence on partner team's operations. As , you will report on program performance to senior business leaders in weekly business reviews. You will work with Product and Tech teams to improve the response process, define business requirements, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency in the program, including the creation and configuration of a Service product catalog.

This role can be based in New York City, Boston, Seattle, or Austin.

Key job responsibilities

As a Program Manager on the Amazon Business Services Selection and Inputs team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product category strategy. ABServ sits at the intersection of physical products and value creation via services. This role will define which products require services and will work cross functionally with supplier and sales stakeholders to ensure we have the right solutions for our customers. To do this, you will have to create and execute SOPs, dive deep into data and customer insights, and influence other teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience in B2B product sales or go-to-market enablement

  • Domain knowledge of Office, JanSan, and/or MRO products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
