Boston University PROGRAM DIRECTOR, Questrom School of Business, Specialty Master's & PhD Student Experience in BOSTON, Massachusetts
The Master's in Management (MSMS) program is seeking a highly experienced administrator to serve as the Program Director of this rapidly growing program. Reporting to the Faculty Director, the Program Director is responsible for designing and managing all aspects of the MSMS student experience and supporting the delivery of action learning. The Program Director oversees program operations and an Assistant Director.
Required Skills
Master's Degree Required.
Minimum of 5 -8 years of related experience, with 3 years of management experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop staff.
Ability to think strategically.
Ability to assess and manage outcomes using appropriate metrics.
