Boston University PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Office of Housing, Room Assignments in BOSTON, Massachusetts
Assign students to on-campus residences for academic year, process requests for change in residence, and communicate with students and parents on concerns related to residence assignments.
Assign entering freshmen and transfer students to residence space based on Housing Application submissions; evaluate special needs in coordination with other University departments.
Serve as frontline representative to students, parents, and University departments.
Plan for and participate in implementation of bi-annual housing reservation process and annual room selection process for continuing students.
Evaluate, prioritize, and process continuing student room change requests; interview and counsel students on room change and direct swap processes.
Maintain and update student housing assignment database and space allocation file.
Required Skills
Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's preferred and 1-3 years work experience required.
