  • Coordinating activities and daily operations of a program.

  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for PIs. Coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Assisting in arranging events, meetings, or conferences, which includes coordinating logistics, like room scheduling, catering, relevant IT-related setups and participant communications.

  • Drafting correspondence and taking meeting minutes, answering phone calls, ordering supplies and equipment, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Tracking expenses and processing reimbursements for Investigators and other program staff.

  • Maintaining PIs’ files and credentialing paperwork; updating PIs’ CV, tracking of publications and updating information in Digital Measures database.

  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of research grants and manuscripts for publication, and with publication searches and submissions.

  • Supporting clinical operations; working with clinical schedulers to ensure clinics are filled and patients are followed up with regularly.

  • Serving as liaison between staff, faculty, and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.

  • Assisting with special projects.

  • Other duties as assigned.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Associate's degree required. Bachelor's strongly degree preferred.

  • One year of relevant experience required.

  • The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.

  • The ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies
