Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking a highly effective and dynamic Interest Rates Derivatives Product Owner to lead a requirement refinement in order to effectively deliver solutions to meet the business needs in the Capital Markets space. Our ideal candidate will have interest rate derivatives and capital market experience as this individual will collaborate with internal partners to provide efficiencies and value-added solutions. Success will be measured through profitable growth of the product portfolio, effective and proactive risk mitigations efforts, strong partnered approach to drive business satisfaction and effectiveness. This individual will partner closely with customers (internal and external), the business line(s) and Agile teams to drive the evolution of the assigned product(s). The Product Owner will maintain and refine product backlog while creating user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy. In this role you would work closely in a hands-on style with the development team including addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback and answering questions on an ongoing basis. The Product Owner will work with Product Management to set release dates, determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release to market, understand tradeoffs between schedule, scope and budget and communicate this information to the organization.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Well-developed ability to collaboratively develop and evolve a product backlog
Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work
Calypso product knowledge and interest rate derivatives preferred
Thorough understanding of the Lean/Agile mindset
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills
Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO are preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $104,720.00 - $123,200.00 - $135,520.00
