Meta Product Marketing Manager, NA Video in Boston, Massachusetts


Meta seeks an experienced advertising and Product Marketing professional with a strong background in product marketing and a passion for advertising technology. This person will drive the North America go-to-market strategy, prioritization, and activation of Meta Platforms, Inc. Video related solutions. The successful candidate must have experience working with PMM & sales channels to drive meaningful product growth through education, change management, and enablement in a fast-paced Internet or online marketing company, as well as a strong track record in influencing stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. They must thrive with cross-functional teams, be comfortable with ambiguity and change, and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and the advertising technology ecosystem, a track record of resilience under pressure, and a vision for how we can better meet the needs of our customers with our advertising solutions.

Required Skills:

Product Marketing Manager, NA Video Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Business Product Marketing (BPM), Product Management (PM), and Meta Business Group (MBG) to establish business priorities, shape North America plans for highest priority solutions and define shared goals across partner organizations using your understanding of the online video market, competitive landscape, and target audiences

  2. Drive the development, socialization, and execution of the North America go-to-market planning and execution for our Video solutions and create sales enablement programs to bring Meta Video solutions to life

  3. Partner with the Global Business Marketing (GBM), Solutions Engineering (SE), and Marketing Science Partners (MSP) team to develop and execute on go-to-market plans through various channels (including PR, events, presenting opportunities, etc.)

  4. Collaborate with other regional PMMs to activate go-to-market initiatives through education and enablement designed to grow Meta business solutions

  5. Influence product and cross-functional stakeholders to build future solutions that support the needs for North America

  6. Build strong cross-functional relationships and expertly prioritize work to efficiently deploy our finite go-to-market capacity

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 6+ years experience in digital marketing, consulting, communications, or information technology

  3. Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently

  4. Experience simplifying complexity and communicating with technical, business, and external stakeholders

  5. Track record of collaborating with and influencing behaviors with cross-functional teams at a variety of levels in the organization

  6. Experience gathering and analyzing customer and market feedback and translating this information into clear recommendations. This includes using data to extract insights and tell stories

  1. Deep knowledge and understanding of Meta’s advertising solutions, ads auction, and the advertising technology ecosystem

  2. Knowledge in our product suite, the industry, global nuances, & client objectives

  3. Communication experience with technical, business, and external stakeholders

  4. Experience working with sales teams as well as external clients and agencies

  5. Demonstrated experience in product marketing with proven experience to contribute at strategic and tactical levels, particularly by solving challenges with scaled solutions

  6. Experience working in brand advertising
