Job Description

LogMeIn is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the definition and development of our Partner strategy for our Admin product, specifically focused on growing partners within the LogMeIn admin Product specializing in Product Led Growth and data driven partner activation.. 

The right candidate is data-driven, highly motivated to delight the partners, and has a track record of identifying user challenges and turning them into business opportunities. You will be accountable for solving partner problems and radically transforming our partner activation rate. 

Your team will rely on you to align product goals and business needs, maintain the roadmap and make day-to-day priority and design decisions. You will work closely with engineering, design, research, operations, finance, marketing and executive teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities for LogMeIn. You will create user stories and tickets for the engineering teams, work closely with design and UX teams to conduct primary research and iterate on solutions to meet the expectations of the business and our customers. You will be expected to help evolve strategies to gain a deep understanding of current and future customer needs to effectively guide your team’s decisions and efforts.   • Along with the Product Management team, holds the vision for the product and communicates the vision across developmentteams 

  • Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering Leads, Designers, and Architects to understand the requirements and prioritize and sequence the Product Backlog to provide the mostvalue 

  • Understands technology trends to apply to softwaredesign 

  • Gathers internal needs by collaborating with other product and business leads and by constantly monitoring emergingtechnologies 

  • Assists with internal and external communication, improvingtransparency 

  • Work with design and UX to conduct primary research through customer interviews and usability tested asneeded 

  • Collaborate with data science to create key metrics and dashboards for measuring and trackingsuccess 

  • Participates in project planning, reviews, sprint and release planning,demos 

  • Responsible for the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria 

  • Owns and maintains the product backlog and the releaseplans 

  • Monitors team velocity and seeks to continuously improve product developmentprocess 

  • Manages cross-productdependencies 


  • At least1-3years of experience in product management roles 

  • SaaS software development experience 

  • Experience working in complex technical organization across global offices/locations in an Agileenvironment 

  • Fluency in English is required;both written andverbal 

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and deliver on-time 

  • Ability to innovate with designs to go beyond what asked fordirectly 

  • Customer and market research a plus 

  • Data driven experience is aPlus
