What You Will Do :
The Process Improvement Manager will play a key role in developing, testing, and documenting business processes on the GrantSolutions Program. As part of the Program Management Office, you will work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize needed changes, create implementation plans and facilitate communications with business and technology groups at an operational and senior management levels.
Support the development of program-wide process infrastructure, understanding business needs and implementing solutions with process mapping and related process improvement tools
Identify and collect metrics to measure the quality of program outputs and support trend analysis.
Provide leadership and mentoring on improvement techniques.
Track progress of improvement projects and identify issues, risks, and opportunities to GrantSolutions management.
What You Will Need :
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent and 5+ years' experience supporting process improvement and/or project management activities.
Lead/support improvement projects with measurable/visible results
Ability to evaluate and prioritize improvement opportunities and develop proposals for improvement projects.
Ability to analyze data to develop indicators and visualizations that support trend analysis.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and software delivery processes
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate standards and process requirements effectively to stakeholders at every level of the organization
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework
Ability to create and deliver structured, re-usable training on quality topics
Strong business acumen, including the ability to understand and communicate the role of quality in achieving business goals
Familiarity with one or more of the following:
Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI)
ISO/IEC 20000-1 (IT Service Management)
Lean
Six Sigma
Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
The annual salary range for this position is $83,300.00-$125,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
