Job Description

Oracle SaaS seeks a passionate and insightful AI governance specialist to join our team and shape the responsible development and implementation of our AI initiatives. You will play a critical role in partnering with our SaaS service stakeholders to enable them to implement AI models that are responsible, transparent and adhere to our policies. You will also be responsible for staying abreast of evolving AI regulations and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to build frameworks to mitigate potential risks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborating across the company to mature the AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with AI regulations such as EU AI Act and other relevant regulations.

• Collaborating with Saas Service stakeholders (e.g., data scientists, product managers, engineers) to integrate AI governance principles efficiently into their development and deployment.

• Partner with sales and assure customers of robust governance that underpins Oracle cloud applications.

• Conducting training to educate SaaS service stakeholders on AI governance policies and procedures.

• Develop and report on metrics tracking the effectiveness of AI governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a strategic individual with a strong technical background in AI governance and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, AI or a related field.

• 5+ years in implementing policy or data governance frameworks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

• Problem solving skills and the ability to mitigate risks.

• Project management skills and the ability to report against key metrics.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
