Responsibilities
Create technology advisory offerings within data analytics & help EPAM customers solve complex technological problems
Drive AI transformations for our customers by integrating modern capabilities into the enterprise landscape
Introduce modern Generative Models into Enterprise environments
Migrate complex data and analytical systems to the Cloud
Develop and manage train data and quality gates for AI systems
Optimize existing Cloud data and analytics systems
Establish a trusted and secure environment that encourages the creation of new data products and collaboration between teams
Contribute to the EPAM federated AI factory framework that helps organizations establish an efficient data-driven ecosystem
Build trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders
Provide thought leadership, evangelize, and drive collaborative, value-centered approaches to defining and solving problems
Determine EPAMs' strategic investments in Data and Analytics
Drive the development of internal accelerators and strategic partnerships
Lead advisory and implementation teams to make the strategic recommendations a reality
Support pre-sales activities by assessing digital opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentations, and helping to close/sign new deals
Performance scorecard will include
Impact on business operations- achieve target billable utilization
Impact on our People and Team-contribute to EPAM and Data Practice initiatives
Requirements
Extensive Experience working within IT or management consulting
Proven track record of launching and managing complex technology initiatives or large-scale programs (50+ people) from ideation to production (2+ initiatives)
Strong problem solver and creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients
Experience with end-to-end data analytics project delivery (BigData/Cloud/Advanced Analytics/MLOps)
Hands-on with the execution of discovery and assessment engagements
Comfortable challenging the customer’s architectural decisions while actively engaging in productive dialog to guide customers toward effective architectural solutions
Awareness of Cloud, Data, and AI technology trends with practical experience with one or more major data technologies
Expert in managing customer expectations as well as presenting solutions and project deliverables to senior stakeholders
History of leading teams while tackling high level of uncertainty, multiple stakeholders, and tight timelines
Enjoys challenging and influencing data solution designs and technology selections for enterprise data platforms, warehouses, and data lakes
Skilled in leading advanced technical teams

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $109K - $185K.
