Title: Post Doctoral Research Fellow

Location: Boston, MA area

Start Date: ASAP!

Duration: Direct Hire

Hours: Mon-Fri; 9am-5pm (some flexibility on this though)

Degree:

• PhD in Biology or Immunology with interest in innate immunity

  Experience:

• 1-2 yrs. experience is a Plus, but not required. Will take a candidate with no "real world" experience

  "Must Haves":

• Experience with Single Cell RNA, Flow Cytometry and Microscopy are absolute musts!

  "Nice to Haves":

• Mast Cells experience

  Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Differentiate mice and human mast cells from different sources, culture them and do activation and desensitization and analyze proteins, phosphoproteins, RNA and cellular localization with confocal microscopy

• The project includes human and mast cells cultures, IgE activation and desensitization and study of SHIP-1 activation and agonists, single cell RNA and CRISPER gene editing techniques
