Basic Description Personal Care Attendant Job Opportunities The MassHealth PCA Program helps people with disabilities maintain their independence, stay in the community, and manage their personal care. The Personal Care Attendant Program uses a free online referral directory, (Mass PCA Directory) that matches job seekers to individuals (consumer-employers) in need of home-based services in their area. Job Qualifications The only requirement is that the job seeker be authorized to work in the US and able to understand and take instructions from the consumer-employer. Previous experience as PCA is not required. This is a learn-on-the-job opportunity. Once hired, PCAs immediately have access to FREE skills training, ESOL and intro to computers classes. All classes are available in any language upon request.
