Sodexo is seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager for Boston Children’s Hospital , ranked as the #1 Children's Hospital in the nation ! This is a high profile, Sodexo Prestige account and a 400 bed teaching facility with a high volume food court located in Boston, MA.

As Patient Services Manager, you will be tasked with leading, developing, and growth of our program and team. Responsibilities include on-going training, quality inspections, compliance, safety, patient rounding, test trays, tray-line supervision and the implementation of Sodexo policies and procedures. #LI

Position Summary

Provides direction for patient meal services at patient care units to ensure customer satisfaction and retention for the Company.

Key Duties

  • Directs daily operations of patient meal services at patient care units to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines.

  • Supervises day-today work activities by delegating authority, assigning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities and monitoring operating standards.

  • Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to employees.

  • Performs audits and prepares reports

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
