NOW HIRING AN ONBOARDING SPECIALIST IN BOSTON!

*This will be a HYBRID role with 2 days in office required

Day to Day:

• Oversee and manage compliance aspects of the onboarding process, including background checks, I-9 verification, and other pre-employment screenings.

• Ensure all new hires complete necessary compliance training and understand company policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities during the onboarding process.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from new hires and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with legal requirements.

• Conduct regular audits of onboarding processes to identify and address any compliance issues.

• Develop and implement compliance training programs for new employees.

• Provide support in investigating and resolving compliance issues related to the onboarding process.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Workday or ICIMS strongly preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
