TEKsystems Onboarding Compliance Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts
We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Compliance Specialist to join our team and ensure that our new hires are seamlessly integrated into our organization while adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.
Job Description
Oversee and manage compliance aspects of the onboarding process, including bg checks, I-9 verification, and other pre-employment screenings.
Ensure all new hires complete necessary compliance training and understand company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities during the onboarding process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from new hires and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with legal requirements.
Conduct regular audits of onboarding processes to identify and address any compliance issues.
Develop and implement compliance training programs for new employees.
Provide support in investigating and resolving compliance issues related to the onboarding process
Qualifications:
Proven experience with onboarding, compliance, HR, or a related role.
2+ years of administrative experience that include utilizing spread sheets, data gathering, and QA work.
Experience with Workday or ICIMS preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Details:
Pay: $22 - $24/hr. based on related experience
Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm (Flexible full time schedule options)
Hybrid position after training. (2 days in office, 3 days work from home)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
