We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Compliance Specialist to join our team and ensure that our new hires are seamlessly integrated into our organization while adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.

Job Description

• Oversee and manage compliance aspects of the onboarding process, including bg checks, I-9 verification, and other pre-employment screenings.

• Ensure all new hires complete necessary compliance training and understand company policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities during the onboarding process.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from new hires and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with legal requirements.

• Conduct regular audits of onboarding processes to identify and address any compliance issues.

• Develop and implement compliance training programs for new employees.

• Provide support in investigating and resolving compliance issues related to the onboarding process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with onboarding, compliance, HR, or a related role.

• 2+ years of administrative experience that include utilizing spread sheets, data gathering, and QA work.

• Experience with Workday or ICIMS preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Details:

• Pay: $22 - $24/hr. based on related experience

• Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm (Flexible full time schedule options)

• Hybrid position after training. (2 days in office, 3 days work from home)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
