Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Program Manager to join our team in Education Services. This role requires a highly organized, goal-oriented individual with a drive for innovation, creativity, and collaboration. It is designed for a content creator with a strong background in graphic design, video production, and presentations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in content creation program/project management and be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud suite or other equivalent digital tools. Advanced PowerPoint skills and familiarity with a SaaS or Customer Success environment are a plus.

This role requires superb organizational and time-management abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a customer-centric mentality. You will be responsible for developing engaging content to support Customer Success initiatives in a variety of mediums. The ability to manage diverse initiatives across multiple collaborators in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management : Manage multiple content creation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

Content Creation : Develop high-quality content in various formats, including graphic design, short and long-form videos, presentations, photography, and written content, to support Customer Success initiatives.

Video Production : Comfortable filming themselves and others to create engaging video content.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and maintains consistency in branding and messaging.

Creative Development : Use your storytelling skills to envision and create compelling content from start to finish.

Flexibility : Adapt to short timelines and changing priorities, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.

Problem-Solving : Apply strong problem-solving skills to overcome content creation challenges and enhance the overall impact of the content.

Customer-Centric : Maintain a customer-centric mentality, ensuring that all content created meets the needs and expectations of our internal and external customers.

Independent Work : Work independently with minimal supervision, using independent judgment to tackle varied and complex tasks.

Executive Presence : Communicate effectively with collaborators at all levels, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and executive presence.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Experience : 3-5 years of experience as a content creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in graphic design, video production, presentations, photography, and content writing. NetSuite experience is a plus.

US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
