In this position...

As the Ford Experiences Programming Lead, you will coordinate event programs, manage stakeholder integration, and develop high-impact communication programs.

What you'll do...

  • As a participant on a variety of projects, coordinates the full creative and execution process of an event, activation or program (launch, drive, auto show, etc.) from start to finish.

  • Lead the integration between Communications with key stakeholders and partners, including marketing, product development, vehicle engineering, and partner agencies.

  • Guide development of multi-channel, high-impact programs – from informative, media-friendly briefings to engaging drive experiences that showcase the strength and leadership of each product – to creative reveals of our new vehicles and services.

  • Enhance the quality and creative approach to media-facing events, supporting communications and content, through creative, compelling and unique programs, engage a breadth of media from key automotive, to consumer/lifestyle and technology reporters to social influencers, customers and dealers.

  • Manage budgeting, workflow progress, key metrics, logistics, venue arrangements, catering needs, site design and asset development to ensure successful execution of events.

  • Leverage the expertise of creative, experiential and event management agencies, as needed.

  • Continuous personal development of functional competencies and leadership agilities.

You'll have...

  • College degree strongly preferred

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of events experience or working with individuals in a professional services environment.

  • High energy and enthusiasm, willing to get involved.

  • Organized, responsive and able to handle challenges with poise and tact

  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible team player; Ability to work effectively in a challenging, fast paced environment.

  • Ability to take initiative.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced environment.
