Job Description:

• This position is in service of thorough completion of events coordination efforts.

• The role’s primary purpose is twofold: first to add support on all tactical and administrative tasks associated with integrated corporate events and in so doing, secondly enable the Event team to provide more support to business units for their events.

• Manager advised that the responsibilities are admin heavy to include scheduling meetings, working on PO & contract processing, meeting deadlines.

• Ideal candidate will have admin business partner experience of 2- 3 + years.

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibilities of this role will be helping coordinate and execute all events.

• You will partner with the Events Lead on integrated plans that include speakerships, social meetings, business development activities, booths and more to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• You will take the lead on overseeing contracting and payment processes involved in getting events secured.

• You will also own brief writing and scheduling of pre and post event meetings with the commercial team.

• Process and track POs and contracts through our finance portal.

• Compile event briefs.

• Track shipping of any swag, booth, and tech hardware to and from event venues.

• Scheduling of pre and post event briefings.

Experience:

• 2+ years in events, marketing, or administration

• Experience managing projects simultaneously

• Fluent in Gsuite

• Ability to work independently and to proactively drive projects to completion, improving processes where necessary

• Team player who can work calmly and quickly in high-intensity environments

Skills:

Education:

• BA/BS degree
