Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Build strong product knowledge and leverage it to service customers, help sales teams drive business and impact product development.
Support the Product Marketing Forms (PMF) process that supplies content to customer facing websites.
Manage participation in industry and customer events—from registration and in-booth engagement activities to signage and collateral development.
Assist sales force in creating promotional resources, building/facilitating presentations and providing training and product support.
Coordinate plans to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to hit key business objectives by facilitating meetings, sharing ideas, writing copy, directing design, tracking and analyzing results and collaborating with cross-functional departments, vendors and customers.
Generate and distribute campaign result reports to promote data-driven decision making by Marketing team.
Provide support for company-wide Engagement Summit through sales report generation, sales tool creation and presenter and facilitator responsibilities.
Orchestrate project and invoice tracking to ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget.
Organize live and remote product training presentations internally.
Collect customer feedback and market insights via targeted surveys, analyze resulting data and leverage data to drive business.
Oversee product and channel-specific projects to successfully hit objectives and deadlines.
Travel for team meetings, industry events and customer meetings as needed (up to 20%).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
2 years of work experience in a professional office environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a can-do attitude
Strong organizational, time-management, project-management and creative skills—with an ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and MS Office experience required
