Quickbase Manager, Quote-to-Cash Operations in Boston, Massachusetts

Position Overview:

The Order Management Manager will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and is a critical member of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Team. The Manager of our Quote-to-Cash Operations will act as a key partner to the business, working closely with the Sales, Deal Desk and Legal teams to help structure and review deals to optimize favorable sales and revenue treatment. You will own the monthly team reporting. As a key representative from Finance, this role will also have significant cross functional interaction with Sales, GTM, Marketing and other functional areas as part of the new product introduction process. This holds an opportunity for you to optimize and document Order Management related policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Team performs a detail-oriented review of quotes and order forms to ensure accuracy and compliance with Company Bookings and revenue recognition policies daily

  • Perform month-end Quote-to-Cash Reporting package and provide actionable metrics

  • Manage the team by metrics and prepare Order Management Salesforce Dashboard

  • Monitor and analyze team metrics for proper allocation of time and effort and to ensure quality standards are maintained

  • Propose and implement solutions to Order Management process gaps or obstacles to improve controls and procedures.

  • Lead Order Management Team and support them with any needed trainings for development and provide performance appraisals

  • Assist and support the Director of Revenue Operations on an ad hoc basis

  • Must possess an understanding of policies, processes and systems relating to order fulfillment and invoicing

  • Provide overall Order Management expertise to the internal operational teams for tool changes, requirement gathering and testing of new product offerings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business required

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in Order Management, preferably in a SaaS company environment

  • Experience designing and implementing process improvements

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently work within strict timeframes and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and desire to work cross-functionally to achieve common goals

  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, timely work product

  • Highly proficiency in Salesforce and Excel

  • Experience with Billing Platform or similar billing platforms

  • Experience with revenue recognition systems (RevPro, RevStream, etc) preferred by not required
