This position is remote. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.

We were one of the first law firm business development departments to build a market-facing team of business developers with experience selling professional services, and we remain a market leader in this area. The Pitch & Proposal department consistently demonstrates growth in revenue generation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline

• 5 years’ project/production and management of RFP’s in a professional services environment in a management level role

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

• General understanding of the role of business development within a law firm environment

• Database experience and knowledge of management systems and presentation software

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Good judgment and decision-making skills

• Ability to recommend and implement solutions

What will your day look like?

As a key member of the Americas regional marketing team, the US-LatAm Pitch & Proposal Manager will report to the Director of Regional Marketing, Americas, who will provide strategic direction on all regional initiatives. In addition, this role will take daily direction and receive guidance from the Director of Pitch & Proposal. This individual must be able to collaborate with colleagues within various practices, sectors, marketing, business development, administrative, and executive teams to help achieve their business objectives across the Americas.

In accordance with New York City, California, and Washington’s Pay Transparency Law, pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is $108,500 - $145,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
