Job Description

The Opportunity

We are actively seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to join our GRC Integration team within Information Risk Management (IRM). In this role, you will serve as an Archer Champion for IRM and drive risk initiatives to successful implementation.

You will be an integral part of a dynamic IRM community, collaborating with over 150 information risk professionals and hundreds of other information security and business continuity professionals across all our locations. Your contribution as a GRC Integration Manager will be to engage and work with stakeholders from 1st Line of Defense (LOD) and 2nd LOD on various risk initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting process workflows, testing Archer configurations and training staff on usage of Archer all the while keeping the strategic usage of Archer for risk management and governance at the forefront.

You will report to the Senior Director, GRC Integrations within the 2nd LOD Information Risk Management organization.

How will you create impact?

  • Support Archer initiatives by documenting requirements, process flows, and conducting user acceptance testing, while representing information risk management in key internal forums.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to Archer users through communication of best practices, knowledge documents, training sessions, and engagement platforms such as Yammer and SharePoint.

  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and Archer support teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

  • Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to meet IRM requirements and timelines.

  • Advocate for the usage of Archer to capture key processes, risks, and controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to increase adoption.

  • Develop knowledge of the services and operating model of the 1st line and 2nd line governance and assurance teams across all segments.

  • Advocate for a strong information risk culture and work with the business to reinforce accountability and transparency across the organization.

  • Enable more robust 2nd Line oversight and challenge by proposing Archer capabilities and solutions to our IRM stakeholders.

What we are looking for?

  • 5+ progressive experience in information risk management, operational risk management, or IT audit with most of that time spent in a large, complex organization

  • Experience using a GRC platform is essential, with Archer experience preferred

  • Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functional groups

  • Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, working with agile teams and interacting with system solution architects is a plus

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain highly technical information to non-technologists, including senior executives

  • Ability to relationships, engage and influence others, working with a diverse internal and international user community

  • Innovative problem-solving skills with proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgment

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Toronto, Ontario

Salary range is expected to be between

$92,190.00 CAD - $171,210.00 CAD
