The Manager of Cisco Hardware Solutions will be focused on the strategy and execution of the Cisco Hardware Solutions team. They will coach, enable, manage, and develop the team members.

Coordinate initiatives with sales, field engineering, and other solution teams
Build, manage, and maintain Cisco hardware enablement
Lead and help motivate the team to provide the best experience for our sales force & their customers
Acts as an escalation point for issues to ensure effective & long term problem resolution
Review and manage performance to ensure goals are being met
Stay current on Cisco’s hardware solutions
Guide team members through their certification plans and career paths
Travel to industry events and customer engagements as required by management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
5 years’ experience in a technical sales/presales role
3 years focused Cisco experience
Extensive knowledge of Cisco ecosystem, programs, and tools
Superior organizational and time management skills
Analytic approach, strong problem-solving, trouble shooting and critical thinking skills
Self-motivated with the ability to lead, motivate and mentor team
Proactive, driven, and positive work attitude
Excellent communication skills and ability clearly articulate goals and vision
Possess excellent customer service skills
- Hands-on technical experience
- Position requires travel for customer and industry events as needed up to 10%
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
