Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Manager, Business Analyst at Publicis Sapient, you will be responsible for identifying options to improve business systems and processes. In this role, you will bridge the needs of the business through the analysis and communication of requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research, capture, define, and analyze business and user needs

  • Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories

  • Conduct thorough, data-driven analysis and recommend effective solutions

  • Help resolve issues, risks and dependencies

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects

  • Translate product vision into a roadmap containing well-defined, prioritized features that will realize the product vision and value

  • Review test cases and participate in any required testing

  • Facilitate working sessions to drive and define new requirements

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications

Experience Guidelines:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Consulting role

  • Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and design practical solutions

  • Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging data to make decisions

  • Understanding of systems design, databases, (SQL, etc.), basic UX workflows, testing processes, etc.

  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong judgment, issues management, and problem analysis techniques

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a part of a team

  • Demonstrated ability to balance priorities on simultaneous projects

  • Capable of interacting with individuals at all client organizational levels

  • Dev or technical background

  • Project Management/Scrum Master experience is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum, in Computer Science or related field

Pay Range: $90,000 - $175,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
