KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, to help support the growth strategy of our business units to join our Growth & Strategy organization.


  • Report into the Audit Growth/Audit Pursuit Center; serve as the local point of contact for the BUPIC (Business Unit Partner in Charge) in the market and within the firm on developing and executing a local growth strategy; Act as the 'eyes and ears' of the business unit and develop action plans and best practices to drive growth and strengthen relationships

  • Support the BUPIC in managing/refreshing target growth accounts, leveraging triggers/analytics and marketplace observations

  • Become a resident expert in understanding and driving energy around the usage of the firm's tools and technology in support of our overall growth agenda i.e. FOT, Introhive, etc.; Collaborate with key local team members within the business structure i.e. Chief of Staff, Field level marketing, etc. to produce optimal results

  • Work with partners and professionals to cultivate new and existing relationships; Identify and leverage (develop, where necessary) local share forums, thought leadership and other marketing assets to help develop relationships with current and target buyers/influencers. Specifically, align with national Audit marketing to ensure 'last mile' connectivity.

  • Assist in the development of relationship/pursuit plans and strategies for key Audit Clients and Target accounts including relationship development plans for key influencers and buyers identifying and sharing content, data, and research to the point of the opportunity (driven by MarketEDGE); Team with the relevant stakeholders on key pursuits and strategy/relationships

  • Ensure local needs for data and analytics (such as industry qualifications, local office profile, bios/resumes and trigger alerts for pursuit teams) are up-to-date and assessable to the Business Unit; Understand client NPS results and Win/Loss data to apply learnings to future opportunities


  • Minimum five years combined experience in any of the following areas: marketing, sales enablement, business development, project management and client service experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed, highly collaborative, and fast-paced environment; Strong trouble-shooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Independent, self-starter that is extremely motivated to provide hands on tactical support to the Business Unit (Partners, MDs, and Managers) with a strong client service mindset

  • Strategic and creative thinker with strong written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority

  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with Partners and professionals and basic understanding of the business and relationship development; experience with MarketEDGE is a plus
