THE JOB

The Maintenance team handles event set up, break down, cleaning , sustainability, and overall physical safety of Leader Bank Pavilion. This role works closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure everything is set up and ready to welcome our guests for each concert and event. Cleanin g and Maint enance team members will also sup port the winterization and de-winterization of our seasonal venue. Responsible for performing multiple tasks throughout season to support the event/venue set-up, break down, cleaning, sustainability, overall safety and immaculate appearance of the venue.

Daytime hours as well as event hours are available for this position. Daytime hours may start as early as 6:00- 7:00am. Evening event shifts may go a fter 12:00am.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including our business partners and artists, in a professional way

  • Adapt to the varying needs of our diverse artists and audiences

  • Set up venue furniture and signage for concerts and private events; adapt to different needs depending on the client or artist and other factors, ie weather

  • Assist with ongoing maintenance needs, including repairing chairs, painting, and other maintenance projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager

  • Keep the venue safe and clean at all times , including but not limited to keeping all guest facing areas free of trash, restock restroom paper, materials and hygiene products as needed

  • Keep work areas neat and orderly and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned

  • Assist with maintaining venue gardens. Water plants and complete light landscaping.

  • Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during , and after the show

  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to help perform duties as needed

  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

  • Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints. Maintain working knowledge of guest services programs and service recovery practices.

  • Responsible for maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue ;. uphold venue policies and escalate concerns to appropriate members of the management team in a timely manner

  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed

    WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required

  • Background in maintenance preferred; ability to use hand tools preferred

  • Reliable transportation to and from work during late night and early morning hours. Shifts may be outside of public transportation hours.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, move and set up furniture, bend over, and remain standing for long periods of time

  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners

  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment

  • Action-oriented and results-driven individual

  • Passion or interests in music, technology and media
