LOCALIZATION PROJECT MANAGER
Position Summary
The Localization Project Manager is a key customer interfacing role and is fully accountable for the operation and delivery of the assigned project(s). They will manage administrative and operational elements of the project(s) ensuring customer satisfaction whilst meeting contractual, financial and delivery goals. The Localization Project Manager keeps the Localization Program Manager and all the program stakeholders up to date as content is finalized, tracks overall localization progress and flag outstanding materials or potential delays.
What You Will Do
Customer Relationship: Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary day-to day contact.
Scope Management: Identify and manage changes to the project scope ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Resolve Localization questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules to achieve on time deliveries in line with contractual KPI's.
Quality Management: Ensure all quality requirements are implemented and KPI metrics are met.
Communication Management: Develop and implement a communication plan for the project including external and internal reporting.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and manage or escalate as appropriate.
Develop and maintain process and quality levels in line with contractual standards.
Monitoring and control of project risks.
Manage and drive project in-line with other strategic business requirements and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and customized workflows.
To Be Successful You Will Have
3+ years project management experience.
Experience with website and application management.
Localization experience is required
Experience with end-to-end file management, multiple Content Management Systems (CMS), XML/XLIFF transform, and Auto-translation/recycling.
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools
Foreign language skills would be a plus
