At Regions, the Loan Fulfillment Paralender collects and reviews documents necessary for the extension of credit and represents Regions and the Relationship Manager in the loan closing process.
Conducts the day to day administration of all aspects of assigned residential construction products
Orders progress inspections and reviews inspections results that are used to calculate the amount to be funded to borrowers and/or builders
Funds and wires construction funds
Monitors and maintains documentation as evidence of commercial general liability insurance, builder’s risk and/or hazard insurance, and foundation surveys to ensure compliance with Federal regulations
Corresponds with customers, builders, and Regions associates on a wide variety of construction related activities
Works independently with prescribed guidelines
May provide guidance to less experienced associates
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
High School Diploma or GED
Four (4) years of mortgage or construction lending experience
Skills and Competencies
Ability to function effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
This is an offsite, work from home, role.
Hours are typically 8:00am-5:00pm CST
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
